How to use

Take the funnel out of the pot and remove the old filter plate and gasket. Press a new gasket onto the rim of the filter plate and slot it back into the funnel before reassembling. A gasket that's gone stiff or cracked is the usual reason a moka stops building pressure properly, so replace it as soon as you notice weak flow or steam leaking from the joint.
